CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER<br><\/b>Cancellation before departure<br>If the Traveller wishes to cancel a reservation or service, a written notification must be sent to the business\/organizer by e-mail to tea.manduric.hr@gmail.com or by post to the address Zagreba\u010dka cesta 132a, 10000 Zagreb. The date of receipt of the notification shall be deemed the date of cancellation.<br>Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:<br>\u2022 Up to 10 days before departure: Refund of the amount paid less administrative costs<br>5% of the total price or a minimum of 5 euros<br>\u2022 Up to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the reservation or service.<br>\u2022 Up to 1 day before departure: 25% of the total price of the reservation or service.<br>\u2022 Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total price of the reservation or service (no refund).<\/p>\n<p>Change of reservation dates or services<br>A change of appointment is considered a cancellation, unless otherwise agreed with<br>trade\/organizer and if the new reservation or service meets the conditions of the change.<br>Absence on the day of departure<br>In the event that the Traveler does not proceed with the use of the reservation or services without prior notification,<br>is not entitled to a refund.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. CANCELLATION BY THE TRADE\/ORGANIZER<br><\/b>The Trade\/Organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation or services due to:<br>\u2022 Insufficient number of passengers registered at least 12 hours before departure<br>\u2022 Irregularities related to the provision of third-party services<br>\u2022 Force majeure (war, natural disasters, epidemics, security reasons)<br>In the event of cancellation by the Trade\/Organizer, the Traveler is entitled to:<br>\u2022 Refund of all paid funds within 14 days<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Replacement reservation or service of the same or higher quality, if possible<br>The Trade\/Organizer is not responsible for additional costs of the Traveler (e.g. visa issuance, travel<br>insurance) caused by the cancellation.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<br><\/b>Stricter cancellation conditions may apply to certain reservations or services. The traveler<br>will be informed of this in due time at the time of booking.<br>Cancellation fees for third-party services (e.g. flights, accommodation) are applied<br>according to the terms and conditions of the provider of these services.<br><b>5. REFUND<br><\/b>Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, e.g. online card payment, transaction within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the refund request.<br>Administrative costs and non-refundable costs (e.g. reservation or service fees) are not included in the refund.<br><b>6.
