GENERAL PROVISIONSThis Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Business of MyCroWay, a tourism business, owned by Tea Jureti\u0107 (hereinafter: &#8220;business\/organizer&#8221;), OIB: 22061210662, with its registered office at Zagreba\u010dka cesta 132a, 10000 Zagreb, and applies to all reservations and services made by the Traveler through the business\/organizer (e.g. via the websitewww.mycroway.com, e-mail or telephone).Cancellation of reservations and services is subject to the conditions set out in this Policy. 2. CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELERCancellation before departureIf the Traveller wishes to cancel a reservation or service, a written notification must be sent to the business\/organizer by e-mail to tea.manduric.hr@gmail.com or by post to the address Zagreba\u010dka cesta 132a, 10000 Zagreb. The date of receipt of the notification shall be deemed the date of cancellation.Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:\u2022 Up to 10 days before departure: Refund of the amount paid less administrative costs5% of the total price or a minimum of 5 euros\u2022 Up to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the reservation or service.\u2022 Up to 1 day before departure: 25% of the total price of the reservation or service.\u2022 Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total price of the reservation or service (no refund). Change of reservation dates or servicesA change of appointment is considered a cancellation, unless otherwise agreed withtrade\/organizer and if the new reservation or service meets the conditions of the change.Absence on the day of departureIn the event that the Traveler does not proceed with the use of the reservation or services without prior notification,is not entitled to a refund. 3. CANCELLATION BY THE TRADE\/ORGANIZERThe Trade\/Organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation or services due to:\u2022 Insufficient number of passengers registered at least 12 hours before departure\u2022 Irregularities related to the provision of third-party services\u2022 Force majeure (war, natural disasters, epidemics, security reasons)In the event of cancellation by the Trade\/Organizer, the Traveler is entitled to:\u2022 Refund of all paid funds within 14 days \u2022 Replacement reservation or service of the same or higher quality, if possibleThe Trade\/Organizer is not responsible for additional costs of the Traveler (e.g. visa issuance, travelinsurance) caused by the cancellation. 4. SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONSStricter cancellation conditions may apply to certain reservations or services. The travelerwill be informed of this in due time at the time of booking.Cancellation fees for third-party services (e.g. flights, accommodation) are appliedaccording to the terms and conditions of the provider of these services.5. REFUNDRefunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, e.g. online card payment, transaction within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the refund request.Administrative costs and non-refundable costs (e.g. reservation or service fees) are not included in the refund.6. RECOMMENDATIONS TO TRAVELERSThe traveler is recommended to take out cancellation insurance to reduce the financial risk in the event of sudden cancellations. The traveler is responsible for informing himself about the terms and conditions of reservations or services, documents and cancellation deadlines in order to avoid additional fees.7.
