What can you expect?
This tour does not include the main cultural and tourist attractions – maybe just a few, but the focus is not on them. The goal is to escape the main tourist route and spend time the way Croatians live their daily lives – through relaxed socializing and food. We believe that through such socializing we can learn a lot. We will taste something traditional, drink some hot and long (coffee) – because Croatians have to sit on coffee for at least three hours every day (just kidding… or maybe not!). We will also try some flavors that are not strictly traditional, but Croatians love them. We will walk through the streets and the market that many Zagreb residents adore. Don’t expect too much. We don’t want to impress you, but simply share our way of life with you so that you can better understand our culture and everyday life. We want you to see and feel the life of Croatians outside the strict center, which is usually the main tourist route. The focus is on escaping the main tourist route and spending time the way Croatians live it daily – through relaxed socializing and food.
