CANCELLATION POLICY
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Business of MyCroWay, a tourism business, owned by Tea Juretić (hereinafter: “business/organizer”), OIB: 22061210662, with its registered office at Zagrebačka cesta 132a, 10000 Zagreb, and applies to all reservations and services made by the Traveler through the business/organizer (e.g. via the website
www.mycroway.com, e-mail or telephone).
Cancellation of reservations and services is subject to the conditions set out in this Policy.
2. CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER
Cancellation before departure
If the Traveller wishes to cancel a reservation or service, a written notification must be sent to the business/organizer by e-mail to tea.manduric.hr@gmail.com or by post to the address Zagrebačka cesta 132a, 10000 Zagreb. The date of receipt of the notification shall be deemed the date of cancellation.
Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
• Up to 10 days before departure: Refund of the amount paid less administrative costs
5% of the total price or a minimum of 5 euros
• Up to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the reservation or service.
• Up to 1 day before departure: 25% of the total price of the reservation or service.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total price of the reservation or service (no refund).
Change of reservation dates or services
A change of appointment is considered a cancellation, unless otherwise agreed with
trade/organizer and if the new reservation or service meets the conditions of the change.
Absence on the day of departure
In the event that the Traveler does not proceed with the use of the reservation or services without prior notification,
is not entitled to a refund.
3. CANCELLATION BY THE TRADE/ORGANIZER
The Trade/Organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation or services due to:
• Insufficient number of passengers registered at least 12 hours before departure
• Irregularities related to the provision of third-party services
• Force majeure (war, natural disasters, epidemics, security reasons)
In the event of cancellation by the Trade/Organizer, the Traveler is entitled to:
• Refund of all paid funds within 14 days
• Replacement reservation or service of the same or higher quality, if possible
The Trade/Organizer is not responsible for additional costs of the Traveler (e.g. visa issuance, travel
insurance) caused by the cancellation.
4. SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Stricter cancellation conditions may apply to certain reservations or services. The traveler
will be informed of this in due time at the time of booking.
Cancellation fees for third-party services (e.g. flights, accommodation) are applied
according to the terms and conditions of the provider of these services.
5. REFUND
Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, e.g. online card payment, transaction within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
Administrative costs and non-refundable costs (e.g. reservation or service fees) are not included in the refund.
6. RECOMMENDATIONS TO TRAVELERS
The traveler is recommended to take out cancellation insurance to reduce the financial risk in the event of sudden cancellations. The traveler is responsible for informing himself about the terms and conditions of reservations or services, documents and cancellation deadlines in order to avoid additional fees.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Cancellation Policy came into force on 25.02.2025 and applies to all
reservations or services made after that date.
The Operator/Organizer reserves the right to amend the Policy, whereby the Traveler will be notified
by posting on the website www.mycroway.com.
